Processing time

Normally, orders will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours after payment.  We might a slight delay during holidays or weekends.

Shipping Costs

1) Shipping costs depend on the weight, size (volume and weight) of the package, delivery area and shipping company.

2) Tesla-Accessories recommends choosing the method that best suits you when placing your order. Shipping costs and delivery times vary with different shipping methods. Please choose the method you prefer.

1) Standard shipping: FeDex, DHL, UPS, EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

Customs Duty

International orders may be subject to charges/fees at customs. Tesla-Accessories is not responsible for paying these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be – that is at the discretion of the customs office.

• You only need to choose whether it is express or standard shipping and Tesla-Accessories will choose the most suitable shipping method.
• If you have any request for a specific shipping method, please leave a note in your order.
• Once the package is shipped, we will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email directly with the tracking number. You can track the status of your package via the tracking link:
